Lousy staff attitude
Not too bad a location. Hotel is in the business district area apparently and within walking distance to a few attractions (namely St. Paul cathedral, Shakespeare's globe theater and Tower of London) but a bit far from the centralized area (Oxford circus, bond street and etc). London bridge tube station is about 5-8 mins walk from hotel. One point to note that if you would like to get yourself on a hop on and hop off tour bus then this place is good too as one of the stop is right outside (about 100m away) the hotel.
Room is good with reasonable size for the family of 4, broadband and WIFI is chargeable but felt that it should be given free though (although PC with free web surfing provided to guest at the lobby with 20 minutes restriction per guest).
Most of the front desk reception staffs are helpful and responsive but met with one who seems to keep providing with wrong info (and a bit of impatient) and saw another one who literally quarreled with a hotel guest right at the lobby hall.
Didn't see any security personnel around during our 6 nights stay but place is relatively safe.
Overall experience quite good
