Sanctum is ideally situated on the edge of Maida Vale and is just 20 minutes via tube from Piccadilly Circus and with excellent local transport connections being only a five or ten minute walk from Kilburn Park and Maida Vale Tube Stations respectively. Sanctum is a serviced apartment property which, although offering no restaurant, benefits from fully equipped kitchens in each apartment and an abundance of local eateries on its doorstep. Maid Service and Health Club access is available on request and at an additional cost.Other services including 24 hour reception & concierge, full air-conditioning, 42 inch plasma screens with DVD player, digital & satellite channels and complimentary broadband internet.
The accommodation ranges in size from a spacious one-bedroom apartment to large two and three bedroom units. All forty three apartments are self-contained to provide you with unparalleled privacy and comfort. Each apartment has its own well-equipped kitchen including oven, hobs, fridge/freezers, microwaves, dishwashers and washer/dryers.
There are two lifts in the building accessible from the modern smart reception area where our courteous and friendly staff will assist you with your every need. Our reception is open 24 hours a day, and our team is always on duty to assist you with whatever you require.
To complete our normal check-in procedures the following will be required on your arrival:
•£200.00 refundable deposit (for extras and/or damages); Credit Card payment is recommended as it will be refunded only after our housekeeper completing your inventory check with-in 72 hours after your departure. See our Terms and Conditions for more information;
•£100.00 refundable deposit (for car park remote control-applicable only if using our car park; car parking fee £10.00 per night/per car excluding VAT)
•Payment in full (if any outstanding)
•Passport copy (if non UK resident) / driving license / Valid Identification
•Registration card to be filled in with contact details
•Credit card details used for the booking needs to be presented on arrival.
Keys will be issued only after completing all of the above.
