Great stay
The purpose built B&B has been finished to a very high standard. Our room (Oak Room) was very big and well appointed. Very good bathroom and shower with loads of hot water. A fridge would be a great idea (for our G&Ts) but they supplied a small portable one when we asked so no complaints there.
The hosts were extremely friendly and obliging. The breakfasts were very good (for both me - full Irish and for my wife - yoghurts and fruit etc).
The gardens are good and there is a well built and attractive wooden summer "building" in the garden for smokers.
The house is just over 3 miles to the city centre with cabs costing about £4 each way so ideally situated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would advise anyone - you will struggle to beat it.
