Hotel Description

. Our 17th century building in the centre of the charming fishing village of Polperro, is quirky and sometimes shows her age by being a little creeky but we offer Cornish hospitality at its best. Like many B&B's and cottages in Cornish villages we do not have on site parking, There is a large carpark at the top of the village you may park at the Inn long enough to drop your luggage. All our rooms are en-suite with TV, tea, and coffee facliities , hair dryers and access to an iron and ironing board on request. Our character bar with its log fire offers a great choice of beverages including local real ales, cider and large wine selection. We offer meals to suite all tastes and pockets from pub fare to fine dinning specials including fish specialities using locally caught fish. All of which can be enjoyed in our riverside beer garden weather permitting. We are ideally situated to visit the many attractions that this part of Cornwall has to offer being only 30 minute drive from the Eden Project and less than an hours drive from Port Isacc (of Doc Martin fame), Padstow and any of the wonderful gardens in this part of Cornwall. The Old Millhouse is home to an annual 3 day beer festival which showcases around 30 real ales from all over the country. We are pet friendly and we allow dogs in certain of our rooms by prior arrangement. read more
