The accommodation is immensely spacious with sleeping arrangements for up to 6 people - Master Double bedroom with en-suite, Twin Bedroom and a double sofa-bed in the lounge. Travel cot also available on request. Large Family Bathroom, stylish & fully equipped Kitchen and a panoramic open-plan Lounge/Diner with contemporary furnishings.

Free Sat 42” plasma TV, DVD/MP3, Free Wi-Fi & Wired Broadband connection.

Bedroom 1 (Master) has a 22” LCD TV with Freeview Channels and Bedroom 2 (Twin) has a 32” Flatscreen with Freeview Channels.

Sliding/folding patio doors open out onto a large private balcony overlooking the marina and the Soar Valley with Patio Furniture for 8 persons to dine outside.

Underfloor heating throughout this apartment and private entrance.

Licensed restaurant is below the apartment serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Other activities which can be booked include boat hire – from 1 hour to one day.

This venue is available for meetings and would suit small weddings or family get-togethers. Pets allowed at a charge of £5 per Animal per night – payable on arrival.

This is a First Floor Apartment with a flight of stairs - no lift - so may be unsuitable for some users requiring disabled access.

Sorry but smoking is not permitted inside this apartment. Smokers can use the outside space.

Quality in Tourism Board Rating of 3 Stars given on 13th November 2009 for the apartment as a 6 bed accommodation. As a 4 Bed Property this would increase to 4 Stars.
