Hotel Description

Alison and Ray extend a warm friendly welcome. Guest book comments include: "comfy beds", "spotless", "superb breakfast", and "excellent". A small private guest house with a friendly welcome. No facilities for smokers.

Bedrooms are located on the first and second floor. Sorry no ground floor bedrooms. Relaxing, informal ground floor lounge with adjoining bright dining room. All rooms have free WIFI access, remote, LCD flat screen TV's. Beverage tray, hairdryer, DAB Clock radio and fresh towels daily.

For golf we have the famous Royal Lytham, Fairhaven, St Annes Old Links and Green Drive courses. For our leisure guests there is plenty to enjoy with the beach, Pier, Lowther Pavillion theatre and more. Blackpool Pleasure Beach 3 miles away. Blackpool Airport. Birdwatchers will love Fairhaven lake and the Ribble Estuary. All guests can enjoy locally a variety of shops and restaurants. Ideally situated for business guests with BAE: Warton, DWP: Moorland Road & Peel Park, AEG, AXA, NS&I & IBM all close by.
