CANCELLATION POLICY: For all bookings we take a 50% non refundable deposit, the balance is payable upon departure. For bookings made within 48 hours of the arrival date the full amount is taken. If you cancel 1 week before your arrival date there is no further charge applied, as we only have 4 letting rooms, any bookings that are cancelled less than 1 week prior to arrival will be charged in full on the card number supplied. Arrivals no later than 10:00pm - Check-Out 10:30am
