Fully refurbished in September 2010, with a new conservatory, free wireless and wired internet and sleeping 4 adults and a small child, this charming family run self catering bungalow is available throughout the year and it's location close to the A1 between the airport and Newcastle city centre makes it a perfect stopover for both business travellers and city visitors. It is situated at the head of a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential area and with local shops and a metro (train) station only 3 minutes walk away. The bungalow is decorated in modern neutral colours and comes complete with a 34" television, DVD player, individual bed linen, towels and all the usual refinements you would expect at home.

It's ideal for families, with childrens character bedding (Barbie, Thomas the Tank Engine etc) and cot availability.
It's ideal for disabled vistors with low level light switches, wide corridors and access ramps by request.
It's ideal for summer evenings with a barbeque stand in the garden, large decked area and a conservatory.

Staying with us compared to a hotel room gives you ten times the usable area for around the same price making it the best value overnight accommodation in the local area.

No Stag or Hen parties please as the bungalow is situated in a quiet residential area. A booking gives you the whole bungalow but it is a single property, we do not have extra rooms in other properties. All bookings are taken by email, so we ask that you allow at least 24 hours before your required stay in case of delays receiving your email. Bookings are also confirmed by us by email (additional to the standard Laterooms confirmation) in which we give you details of how to access the property etc. If you don't receive a confirmation within 2 days please or need info email homefromhomebungalow@gmail.com to request.
