Friendly and welcoming Guest House on the edge of the English Lake District. Easy access to motorway M6 Junction 40. Popular spot to stop on the way to or from Scotland. Ideal base for visiting the Lake District, Hadrians wall, or Centre Parcs. Most major credit cards accepted. All double and family rooms are spacious and have lovely views of our half acre of well tended garden and the countryside beyond. Children of all ages made very welcome. For comfort of all our guests all our bedrooms are non-smoking, we offer parking within our grounds. Check in time is from 2pm onwards. Please let us know if you anticipate arriving later than 8pm or if you are held up along the way as can sometimes happen.
