Westbourne guest house is centrally located in one of the finest and premier tree lined roads in penzance and is a superb example of a period property retaining many period features. We provide spacious and well appointed guest rooms with a relaxed, friendly and attentive service.

We have unrestricted parking, with a secure garage for motor bikes and bicycles, plus an outside cycle lock-up area.

We provide a range of bedrooms including singles, doubles, twins (two seperate beds), family rooms (double & single bed) and a family suite (double and single room combined).
All bedrooms are professionally decorated, spacious, well appointed, equipped and all centrally heated with en-suite rooms having shower facilities and our suite having bath/shower facilities.

Breakfast is served in our bright and spacious dining room with polished oak floor, seperate tables and large bay window.

PLEASE NOTE: We have an alternative and different approach to the traditional fried breakfast.

Instead we offer our popular and plentiful continental PLUS breakfast (as rated by our guests), which includes an extensive choice of fresh and home baked produce, with some products being freshly prepared and cooked to order.

Westbourne guesthouse provides excellent quality bed & breakfast accommodation and is an ideal base for exploring west cornwall and the surrounding area, or travelling to and from the scilly isles with the bus, train station and the harbour with the scillonian ferry and heliport serving the scilly isles being only a short distance away , making it the perfect place for long or short holidays and breaks.Where you can relax and enjoy an atmosphere of comfort and quality.

Westbourne house will make the perfect location as you take time to explore the amazing Lands End peninsula with amazing views and rugged coastline, golden sandy beaches and secluded coves. Located in the premier tree lined alexandra road, westbourne house is contructed from cut granit and is a splendid example of an early victorian constructed town house.It was also the former home of the world famous artist walter langley, one of the pioneers of the newlyn art school and gallery.
