The Central - Redcar's Only 3 Star Guest Accommodation

The Central as been totally renovated to a high standard and was awarded a 3 star rating in december 2009 and is the only 3 star rated accommodation in Redcar. We are a family run guest accommodation located just 2 minutes from Redcar sea front and the town centre, and just 15 minutes from Middlesbrough and all its links. We have 19 en-suite rooms available all year round and we welcome contractors, holiday makers and guests of all kinds.


Each room has a television with Freeview. All rooms are en-suite. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in each room and the hotel is located close to local amenities. An iron and trouser press are available upon request.

Cosy patio area for breakfasts, tea and coffee - with a barbeque for guest use.

Our accommodation is ideal for wedding parties or business stopovers as we are only ten minutes away from the Corus and Wilton business centres. We can also provide conference facilities for up to 150 people - please contact us for further details.

Guests staying with us for their holidays are sure to enjoy the fact that we are located close to the Cleveland Hills, the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, and the Yorkshire coastal resorts of Saltburn, Whitby, Runswick Bay, Staithes and Robin Hoods Bay.
