Credit/debit card details are taken on booking and a 50% deposit is debited from the card. If cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival the the 50% deposit is forfeit and will not be refunded. If cancelled within 7 days of arrival then the remaining outstanding balance will be charged to the card. As of 1st December 2010, a 2% credit charge will apply (debit cards no charge). The remaining balance will be payble on arrival.
