The Havelock was originally built as a gentleman’s residence and over the years has been sympathetically renovated and extended to provide a mixture of 22 superb bedrooms and family suites. Set in attractive gardens, near to the sea and with it’s own Mediterranean style heated pool (open mid-May to mid-September), we offer the ideal location to relax in traditional, comfortable surroundings at outstanding value.Open 25th March - 30th October 2011, and located in a fantastic position; we’re just a few minutes walk from the sea, Shanklin Chine, Keats Green and Shanklin Old Village - home to a wide variety of excellent restaurants and pubs.
All bedrooms are en-suite, they have been tastefully decorated and furnished; many also have sea views. They all have digital TV's, tea & coffee making facilities and hairdryers. The hotel is a non-smoking establishment, although ashtrays are provided on the terraces. Free private car parks at front and rear of hotel. Children over the age of 5 years only.
