Hotel Description

A small, personally-run, town house with particularly good guest accommodation. All in all a very well equipped and very smart Bed and Breakfast. All rooms en-suite and complete with DVD player, minifridge, hairdryer and bedside telephone with bathrobes, personal slippers, quality complimentary toiletries and Ecossential Soaps provided as a matter of course. The award winning breakfast includes a lavish buffet with Fruits, Muesli and Cereals, Juices and Greek-style Yoghurt followed by a choice of not only a Traditional English Platter but also other options including Haddock with Fresh Spinach, Canadian-style Pancakes with Blueberries, Bananas and Maple Syrup or our own special Kedgeree with Southport Shrimps. Vegetarian dishes include Porridge with Whisky, Honey and Demerara, Scrambled Egg and Chargrilled Pepper Piperade on a Lancashire Potato Cake and the ever-popular Eggs Florentine. There is a small lounge for residents to enjoy and we have some off-street car-parking available but also there are no restrictions on the street outside either. In Spring 2006 Bay Tree House was voted one of the top three guesthouses on Merseyside. in 2007 we installed all brand-new en-suites (one traditional, five contemporary) and we have now completely refurbished all six guestrooms which also now have digital flatscreen tv with Freeview channels. Updating Rates

You can check in from 14:00 to 21:00. You need to check out by 11:00.

We charge £40 non-refundable deposit for an executive single room or a classic double room and £50 non-refundable deposit for a superior room; for any booking of 4 or more nights the deposit is doubled. Bookings made within 7 days of arrival are charged in full when the booking is processed and this is non-refundable. In the event of non-arrival we reserve the right to charge in full for the first night and then 2/3rds of the balance. The earliest check-in is 2pm and latest 9pm.
