Standing in a magnificent position overlooking Carbis Bay on the edge of the picturesque seaside town of St Ives. Locally caught Newlyn smoked peppered mackerel fillets served with wholegrain mustard sauce, and locally picked strawberries served with full traditional Cornish clotted cream.

Guests are welcome to enjoy a leisurely afternoon in the spacious front lounge enjoying one of the speciality Cornish cream teas. There are a range of comfortable lounges to suit your mood including a TV lounge and games room. Guests can sit relaxing whilst taking in the sights of the beautifully kept gardens which boast a range of tropical plants and exotic shrubs that flourish due to the milder climate.
