Welcome to Greenland House of Castletown we are pleased to announce that the Greenland Guest House is now under new management.

Greenland House is an elegant and beautiful house with a Grand Staircase and was originally the Bank House which is situated on the main A836 highland coastal route. We are just a few hundred yards from Dunnet Bay with sands stretching for miles towards Dunnet Head - which is the most northerly point of the UK mainland.

Planning to go to Orkney then why not stay with us we are close to the ferries at Scrabster & Gills Bay, you can travel as a foot passenger, by car or even on bike.

Every room is equipped with a TV and tea/coffee making facilities. They are light and comfortable with beautiful views over Castletown, the surrounding countryside and away towards Dunnet Bay. Greenland House is fully central heated and double glazed. Every care has been taken to ensure that your stay with us is a warm and welcoming experience.
