A detached 1850 villa, we are situated in the beautiful quiet conservation area of Torquay, minutes on foot to the blue flag Meadfoot beach and its wonderful coastal walks, yet only a ten minute stroll into Torquay's bustling harbour and town centre. We provide sumptuous comfortable surroundings with a sense of occasion in a welcoming atmosphere with strong emphasis on attentive yet unintrusive customer service. Our bedrooms are appointed to a high standard with all of them recently refurbished including new ensuite bath or shower rooms. In summer our guests enjoy the heated swimming pool and a piping hot open-air spa, in the winter you may choose to relax in our cosy bar. Updating Rates

You can check in from 15:00 to 23:00. You need to check out by 10:30.

There is no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 14:00 hours, 7 days before the date of arrival. Where cancellation is made outside of the aforementioned terms, the guest will be charged for the first night on all rooms booked or 50% of the total cost of the stay whichever is greater. In case of a no show, or cancellation after 18:00 hours on the date of arrival, 100% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
