Situated just 200 yards from Watergate Bay, 1.5 miles from Newquay and 4 miles from Newquay town centre. Padstow is only 10 miles away and the Eden Project is 20 miles. Beachcombers apartments offer stylish, refined and contemporary accommodation, well furnished and equipped with every modern comfort and facility. Apartments comprise of a spacious lounge/diner, a fully-equipped kitchen area, a deluxe bathroom and a comfortable bedroom. Fitted with a vast array of facilities and extras, including satellite TV with DVD player, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, full central heating and double glazing. WI- Fi is also available. 1 x Private parking space per apartment is provided free of charge (Extra parking is available and payable locally). All apartments are entirely non-smoking. Min 2/3 night stays, please check when booking. Please note that we operate a safety deposit box system for collection of your keys on arrival. Full details of check in arrangements and the safe code can be found on your confirmation received from Beachcombers Apartments. You will not be able to check in without this confirmation. Thank You ARRIVAL/CHECK IN DETAILS: With regard to the collection of keys and registration please note the following arrangements: 3.00pm to 9pm please go to Beachcombers Reception. Please note the latest check-in time is 9pm. Arrivals later than 9pm can only be accepted in exceptional circumstances and by prior arrangement. Should you be arriving later due to a delayed flight, for example, or a specific traffic problem, please contact Beachcombers.Please note all our apartments are entirely non-smoking.
Disabled clients are most welcome, however, please note that not all apartments have lift access and are entirely unsuitable for those confined to a wheelchair or for anyone with severe walking difficulties. If unsure please ask.
PLEASE NOTE RECEPTION IS NOT MANNED ALL DAY YOU WILL NEED YOUR CONFIRMATION WITH CODE TO THE SAFE, when reception is closed your key will be located in a safe. The code for the safe will be on your confirmation received from Beachcombers. You will need to print this and take it with you or make a note of the code, without this information you will be unable to access your accommodation.
Payment & Cancellation Terms & Conditions
Please note that our reservations office hours are 8am - 8pm. Please do NOT make an online booking to arrive on the same day after 8pm as this booking will not be processed and there will be no accommodation booked for you.
NB: Swipe only American Express & Visa cards are not accepted. A non-refundable deposit of £150 per unit per week (or part thereof) is due at the time of booking. Full payment if total is less. Full balance due 1 month prior to arrival. Cancellation charges: 27-15 days 50% of total booking costs, 14 days or less no refund. Any amendment to an existing booking will incur an amendment fee of £30-00 per unit.
GROUP BOOKINGS: Groups are most welcome. Please note that stag/hen parties will NOT be accepted, neither will all-male or all-female parties. Such bookings would be turned away on arrival and there would be no refund of any monies paid and no alternative accommodation will be found or offered. read more
