A choice of five double en-suite bedrooms is available, one with four a poster bed and two with a view towards Lake Windermere and the distant fells. All the guest rooms are centrally heated, have hospitality trays, colour television, a hair dryer, shaving points, ironing facilities and en-suite shower rooms with W. C. Our guest house is within easy walking distance of all the amenities Bowness has to offer; from restaurants to cinema, shops to pubs and not forgetting Lake Windermere itself (a 5 minute or so stroll). Updating Rates

You can check in from 15:00 to 18:00. You need to check out by 10:00.

If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. The balance becomes payable upon arrival. If you choose to pay by Credit Card a 2% surcharge will be made, this is due to transaction charges beyond our control.
