The Ship Hotel is situated on the delightful parade of the gentile village of Parkgate on the Wirral Peninsula which is within easy reach of Chester and Liverpool city centre. Our rooms offer clean, warm and comfortable accommodation at budget prices offering great value for money. The Ship prides itself on its relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and where you will always be made to feel most welcome.

The parade and the hotel enjoy fabulous views over the Dee estuary (famed for its abundance of wildlife), to the coastline and mountains of North Wales.

All of our 24 rooms are en-suite, all have digital television, tea & coffee making facilities. Our relaxing lounge and bar area is the perfect place to unwind, enjoy some of our traditional food and drink whilst enjoying the view (food is served Monday to Saturday 12pm - 2.30pm and Sunday 12pm - 4pm). Our lounge and bar area also has FREE wireless internet connection. So whether on business or pleasure The Ship is the ideal location.

We have a large car park next to the hotel that is free to guests. The car park can accommodate coaches by prior arrangement.
