Beautiful Georgian Grade II listed building, ten minutes walk in to the city centre, station and racecourse. Ten en-suite rooms including two family rooms, a four poster room and a single room. All have colour TVs, most with DVD, tea and coffee making facilities, good selection of books, games, videos for children. Free Wifi .Totally non-smoking, with very large private car park. Great views in some rooms of station and railway museum and the newest attraction, the York eye. Friendly, informal and extremely comfortable. Very highly commended. Good access to all coastal roads, Dales, Moors etc. You hosts Pam and Tony have 16 years experience in looking after guests. Large garden and patio to rear. Pet friendly.
