Applesauce Inn Bed & Breakfast is a restored 1893 four-square farmhouse just minutes from world-famous Torch Lake, Bellaire, Alden, Shanty Creek Ski and Golf Resort and the Grass River Natural Area. The Inn offers beautifully decorated rooms and cosy guest spaces for your retreat from work & worry. All areas feature the original woodwork, floors and trim. Imagine yourself lounging in the parlor wiith a hot cup of tea, reading away a snowy evening by the fireplace or watching a video with your sweetie and a bottle of wine. Each stay includes a hearty plated breakfast served at 9:00am each morning perennial favorites include Peach Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast and Morel Mushroom Egg Bake. Your evening dessert is also included. Cold beverages are available 24 hours a day, and hot beverages are available morning and evening or upon request.
