Pinnacle Place is a 7,500 sq. ft. house which is ideal for Corporate Retreats, Family Reunions, ski groups and vacationers. It is centrally located in Frisco, Colorado within minutes of Keystone, Breckenridge and Copper resorts. Enjoy all of the winter activities that abound at these ski resorts, or take advantage of the off-season activities. These include golf, boating on Lake Dillon, hiking, biking, fishing, white water rafting, mine tours and much more. Pinnacle Place is within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, equipment rentals, shuttles and the shores of Lake Dillon. With views of the Continental Divide, it sleeps up to 26 people and there are condominiums across the street which can be rented if the group is larger. The main house has a hot tub, sauna and steam shower. Steps away in a seperate building is a six lane lap pool, two more hot tubs, an indoor racquetball court and conference facility. For summertime use there is also a tennis court and volleyball court. The kitchen features two ovens, two coffee pots, microwave, refrigerator, upright freezer and everything else needed for large groups.A 2 night mimimum is required. read more
