The Times Square Deluxe is a beautiful, one bedroom, 2 room apartment that sleeps up to 5 people in the very centre of Manhattan – just three blocks away from Times Square and a block away from the Restaurant Row. The apartment is very comfortable and cosy. Even though the apartment is very close to Times Square it is still extremely quiet with the windows facing the backyard. The Times Square Deluxe A and the other apartments managed by our company are the only environmentally-friendly serviced apartments in New York. We are trying to have as little impact on environment as possible – the apartment is not perfect in this regard yet but it is getting there. We are using only eco-friendly cleaning supplies and recycled materials for all the paper and glass that we use in the apartment. We have signed a special contract with the electric company to ensure that we use only electricity generated by wind and water – it costs a little more but we think it is worth it! We also try to use as much recyclable materials as possible. Nowadays everyone has to be thinking about the impact on our planet, and it’s the little things like this that start to make a difference. Please, read our tips on becoming a green traveller. The apartment has a large bedroom with a big closet, a queen size bed and an armchair. The living room has a pull out sofa bed that can sleep up to 2, little couch that pulls out to sleep one more person, HDTV with cable, dining table with chairs. The apartment also comes with free high speed wireless Internet access and free International calls to International landlines so you can keep in touch with your family and friends back home. The kitchenette is just the right size and has a stove with oven, pots and pans and a microwave. The building comes with an elevator, 24 hour concierge and a coin laundry in the basement. Considering the location and the amenities, the Times Square Deluxe A is one of the best apartments in our database in terms of value for money. We hope to see you in New York!
