The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly enough however their english was very limited. The hotel was located over the river from the main centre of town wioth all the shops and the major market so I would recommend staying closer to town to anyone else wanting restaurants/shops etc in walking distance. Taxis were very cheap though and it cost us about NZ$5-10 to get to the city centre. The breakfast was acceptable, nothing flash and they only gave us breakfast vouchers for our first mnorning not the second. We did ask though and these were given to us without any hassle. The laundry service was pretty cheap and cam back the same day.
