Seastars Hotel, Haiphong  

hi, I like the place but the employee's and staff i think they need to undergo another training,in dinning area no problem same as in their relaxation floor were me and my husband enjoyed the sauna,jacuzzi ant steam bath especially my husband enjoy the massage.In the reception area were the transactions start i think they should hire people that can speak english and know what is customer -relation i am really dissapointed especially when i check out i ask them to prepare a breakfast for be and they just gave a a bread,butter and two sauges i think and a yougart and they just put it in a plastic bag which is unpresentable i check out at 6:00am and i think it's my privelege to ask for breakfast coz i already pay for it.and the most stressful part is they don't give my passport then i need to go back fronm the hotel which i wthe as 30mins.away fron their hotel and on my way i called the staff in duty he just say "sorry madam"i forgot to ask my passport coz i was in a hurry but even if i forgot it they should be responsible about the important things they get from us,then when i came back i ask the opening duty in front desk about my passportt she was talking on the phone i am really really upset and that time i had no time to argue and i told myself i will get back and send them email.One more thing on the day i checked in i inform them and they knew that my husband will be with me in the afternoon what they did called me in my room and said there is "someone" looking for me when i get down i confront the receptionist about it and again just smile and "sorry madam",,,What a wonderful experience to this hotel and people....I think 2000 character is not enough to realize my disappointment I am really sorry about this but this is how i felt and i will never suggest my friends to book on that hotel... Thank you
