It seems bedsheets were not changed, and the floor was not cleaned up. All was humid and even rotten in the bathroom. There was only one towel for 2 persons, no soap, no blanket in the first room we were assigned to. Hotel employees (?) were nice but it's as if they didn't own the place and just lived here together with customers, waking up when the first customer came downstairs, putting clothes on at this stage to go and prepare breakfast.
This is the best hotel I've stayed in Vietnam. I booked this hotel because room cost is lower than other hotels. So i don't expect much, but when I arrive hotel, everything made me change my thinking. Staff work so professionally.Whenever I need information about spa, massage address, or some bar club........just ask them. I felt very happy when I stayed here.
