When we arrived, we were told that...
When we arrived, we were told that the hotel had not received our bookings but they could find us a room. I, subsequently, checked with the booking agents who assured me that a booking had been made and i tend to believe them. The young lady at reception spoke good English and was very helpful but we were not impressed by her male counterpart who acted like a buffoon. This is a budget hotel and, as such, is reasonable value for money but we are unlikely to stay there again.

Se trata de un hotel muy bien...
Se trata de un hotel muy bien y estrategicamente ubicado en el Old Quoter de Hanoi, personal sumamente amigable, discreto desayuno , habitaciones limpias donde no faltaban articulos de tocador ni toallas en forma diaria.
