We spent four nights at the Sunway, good venue, make sure the taxi from the airport knows how to get there, ours got lost and we got totally confused on where we were in relation to the city sights, not in the greatest location, but close enough to walk to the centre of the city if you don't mind wandering through some of the back streets. Staff were politely friendly, not "glowing" with warmth, just business like friendly. The room service staff were really friendly though, always smiling and chatty. Restaurant was good, limited menu options though, staff were the same, polite friendly, but efficient. Now we know Hanoi a lot better we will probably stay again.
