The staff for the most part was extremly pleasant and helpful. The Hotel itself is perfect for famlies, seniors, couples, people on a tour. The breakfast included is rather plentiful, and the staff speak great English.
The Suway Hotel is located just south of the Old Quarter. About US$1, or around VND16,000 will get you there in a public taxi. The rooms are clean, and the bedding was rather nice. The bathrooms were clean, and the room service is on point.
I would definately stay at this hotel again, it is nice because it is located just south of the chaos of the old quarter and has 10 stories, sleeping at night was no problem and we did not hear any traffic at all. Slept like a baby.
Only few issues I had were exchanging just a bit of cash the last day when I was short for the taxi fare to the airport and a little misscommunications when asking for a few extra large towels. But overall the staff and hotel were perfect. I highly recommend this place and plan to stay at a Sunway Hotel in other cities in Asia in the future.
