Very good Hotel in best location with...
Very good Hotel in best location with a wonderful view over the Hoa Kiem Lake. Very friendly and helpful staff. Also offers a good ABF with a wide range. Good value for money!

We stayed at the Zeyphr Hotel for...
We stayed at the Zeyphr Hotel for 4 nights in early June 2006 and we're presently surprised as it was the 1st hotel we stayed at in Vietnam and really didn't know what to expect. For the money and location we thought it was very good and would recommend to couples of any age or the businees traveller. There were plenty of places to shop and eat within walking distance and the Hoan Kiem Lake was just across the road. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was pretty good. Our room was at the back of the building which didn't offer great views, but we could not hear any street noise which made for a great nights sleep. Pretty good overall.

A very good hotel with good service...
A very good hotel with good service and friendly staff at one of the best locations in Hanoi. Since the hotel is located close to a very busy street corner I was a little vorried about the noice from the traffic but there was no need for that since windows are very well isolated. Don,t miss to go out at 6 am and do your morning exercises with real Hanoians. An there is free high speed internet connection in the room. A 5 star hotel we sayed at part of the time in Hanoi only offered wierless card in the lobby for 7 US $ a day and access to two computers in Buisness center for 7,5 US $ an hour.

We had a lovely stay. The hotel...
We had a lovely stay. The hotel is walking distance to a lot of things. The staff was polite and helpful. The buffet breakfast was delicious plent of variety. the room was laovely plenty of room.

Could not be better. Great location in center. Very good rooms, special the ones facing the street. Staff friendly and helpful. I will recommend to all my friends and we will be back soon...

I stayed with friends at the Zephyr...
I stayed with friends at the Zephyr in June 2005 having stayed earlier at one of the bigger  5 star hotels in Hanoi.  The Zephyr was one of the finds of the holiday.  It is very well located and the appointments are beyond its 3 star ranking.  The staff were very approachable and helpful and the breakfasts were of high standard with a lot of variety offered. The dining room at the hotel had a peaceful setting and I can recommed lunch that we ate there on one occasion also.  I would have no hesitation in returning to Zephyr and recommend it to other travellers
