Rooms were tiny and had a bad smell.
You can get far better value than...
You can get far better value than this hotel in Hanoi. The rooms are gloomy (although they are quiet). I had a cockroach in both of the rooms that I stayed in. The information in the hotel room regarding breakfast was inaccurate, and when I challenged the receptionist about this, she told me that she had told me when I checked in what time was breakfast was served; this was a blatant lie as I had been let in at 5am in the morning by the night porter...

Service was great however we did not have a very good room. It was very noisy. But clean and Comfortable.
