Wonderful Stay
Best stay ever, the guest relation service are helpful and friendly. Nice spacious room with great facilities (i.e internet, dvd player, washing machine and pots and pans ). Situated in the city of Hanoi near to famous food centre etc.

Great place for families
A two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is so much better than two hotel rooms for a family. The Somerset was perfect for our stay. It was close to everything, had a supermarket in the building and was clean and comfortable. Some minor failings - several light fittings would not work unless shaken and prodded and our soap was not replaced in four days and ran out - but we would certainly return.
