Good Budget Hotel

After reading the reviews we did not know quite what to expect. What we found were great staff - nothing was ever too much to ask them, from printing off emails etc, looking after luggage, to getting an umbrella and advising of places to eat / change money - they were very very helpful and happy to go the extra mile.
The hotel was in a great location to see the Old Quarter and Hanoi sites. It is in a relatively quiet street for central Hanoi - which is amazing! Rooms at the front have balconies and a little street noise (there is double glazing) while rooms at the back were darker and quieter.
For a hotel at this price level, the rooms and bathrooms were fine and seemed clean. Again, for the price level, the breakfast was what you would expect - we enjoyed the fresh baguettes that came with most options.
We would recommend this hotel as a good budget place to stay in central Hanoi - for the money you get a good location and relative quiet, with great staff and good rooms / facilities.

The Amazing Hotel in Hanoi is a little gem amongst so many trying to be in the same band. This hotel is perfectly located, has excellent rooms and the best thing about it is the staff. they could not be more helpful, gracious, thoughtful and willing to go above an beyond for you at every turn. We stayed there for 3 nights and eveything was perfect. they can organsie great tours for you and even work to negoitiate the prices for you, what more could you want. I'm a professional male aged 30 and have travelled all over Asia, thsi is a great hotel you won't be dissapointed about for such a good price.

Highly recommended...

Good place to stay in Hanoi. Good location and not noisy at night. Rooms are very clean and big enough, some may be a bit smelly, that's all. Good value for money.

GREAT TRAVEL DEAL!

Hotel is a reasonably priced lodging in the Old quarter city. Room has unique decor and great “Terrace” wards to the main street and surround the area has lot of good restaurant. We feel very enjoyable our room.The hotel’s lobby is large and clean, staffs are very friendly and warmly welcome us. If you come here in winter time, feel cold, you can ask for an extra blanket and heating, very easy to get.The staff at the desk was super helpful and the cleaning staff was very friendly.Breakfast was excellent, buffet with many choice till 10am. We hope can come back here and enjoy our long trip to Halong Bay which I just spent 2days for, through the hotel arranged, was fantastic. Overall, it’s a pretty unique place to stay without any complaint.

Quite good - remember it's in SE Asia!

This hotel was a nice place to stay - but we were only there for 1 night! Hanoi is a busy city and can be very confusing - especially in the old quarter. If this is were you want to visit the Amazing Hanoi Hotel is a good place for a short stop. The staff are very friendly and will arrange anything you need and will give you helpful advice on what you should do. There are 2 computers with free internet access for guests to use. The only thing to be aware of is there are no facilities for lunch or an evening meal - though a nice breakfast is provided on the top floor!

dont expect much from this hotel

My wife and i were in vietnam for honeymoon, they upgraded us free of charge to the honeymoon suit which was a 3* double uk standard, that where everything starts to go down hill.
they organised a trip for us to sapa and we had a terrible time, we were sent to sapa without the name, address or any contact details of our tour guide, so after a 9hr train journey we arrived in sapa 5am with no hotel or even anyone there to pick us up, luckily thanks to the help of local people we managed to sort our selves out.
one thing about this hotel is that they are quick to take your money but slow to give you amazing service

The most perfect service we met - Very close to many highly spots

My stay at Amazing hotel was excellent. The room itself came with air conditioning, complimentary bottled water, a mini bar and cable with all the TV Chanel. The hotel provided free high speed internet, wifi, complimentary full Asian & Euro breakfast, currency exchange services, a map of the area and was extremely helpful when it came to suggesting places to visit, getting cabs and setting up tours. The Trip to Sapa & Halong were wonderful, we met some of customer on the same way due to beautiful tour operator recommended us follow this special trip!
There are some hotel on the same street but I must say that the Amazing hotel was the best. My Boy friend and I walked pretty much every, after coming to the hotel we got free juices. Within a 5 minute walk there are shops, restaurants and even a little bakery which we frequented often. All in all, our stay at the hotel was way better than expected and I will definitely stay here again should I ever make it back to Hanoi.

More than Amazing!

The staff are just fantastic and concierge was right on the money in response to every request.
My Mum and I stayed here for 3 nights on the recommendation of a friend. What a truly beautiful experience we ha. The first room, while lovely, view of Old Quarter. The Luxury room we moved to was light & bright with white walls on the 6th floor. The bed was huge and so comfortable. Full height windows which actually opened slightly if you wanted fresh air – city. We were given complimentary fruit basket all the stay here.
My plane was leaving late in the afternoon so I asked if it was possible for a late check out. No problem whatsoever - I could keep the room until 3.00 at no extra charge.
I had lunch in the restaurant twice and loved it and we also had breakfast twice. Wi fi is free & with private internet.
The restaurant is good value and really wonderful city view.
For my trip to Halong was truly amazing. We booked with Ms/ Lisa at the hotel. Slept on Ac class, new boat and so fancy.
We definitely recommend for our friends and return!

We booked 1 then stayed 2 nights...

We booked 1 then stayed 2 nights more there. We found it very comfortable, and for the price we paid for it, a good deal. It was our first time in Hanoi, so, didn't really know the area very well. It was close enough to see , eat, travel & entertainment. I was reading a few reviews, some was good some is no, but I believe you will get special service here. For traveling & ticketing just talk to them. They provide everything you want, best price guaranteed. The staff is so cute and friendly. The breakfast is perfect. You get any option you like without limitation. Lovely Amazing hotel!
