Very good value, excellent location in the old quarter. We stayed on two different nights as bookends to a trip to Hoi An, the 2nd night we had a room on the 6th floor, very very nice for such good value inc internet and a mini balcony. staff downstairs speak excellent english and will look after bags when you head out after check out. very helpful. one problem that was not the staff's fault but could have been prevented. we booked an airport taxi through the hotel (they helpfully offered it to us when we booked) when we arrived someone had copied their sign with our name and details, we were then asked to pay toll charges etc, we refused and then were angrily dropped off at the airport again. quite a hair-raising experience whilst the real driver was waiting at the airport. watch out for scams like that. maybe ask jasmine to provide the name of the driver. totally recommend this hotel.
