The hotel is quite new and everything is still very clean and new...love the room, very clean. Breakfast is included which very delicious
the staff are very friendly and accommodating, also very nice and helpful...they lend us laptop to access internet with no charge, they even helped us to book the Halong Bay trip for 2 days, it worth every cents
The location is really good located right the heart of Old Quarter and no worries with noises from the busy street, you can rest nicely in the room.
If I come back I will stay here again.

Good location and friendly staff
We had a good stay at the Hanoi Emerald Hotel. The location is excellent, in the middle of the old city and few blocks away from the lake. The staff was friendly and did everything to make us feel at home. Every moment we came back the hotel the staffs always welcomed us with nice smile and friendly. We made 2 days trip to Halong Bay and Hotel staff kept our suitcases waiting for our come back. The room are comfortable.
