Lone Traveller
I was travelling alone and the staff went out of their way to help me get around the city and occupy my time. They spoke to me every time they saw me which was nice and it made me feel a little less lonely. The room was very clean and the beds were what I would expect back home.

great staying
I had a great time staying here for one nights. The place is clean, has nice staff, two computers and wifi, can borrow them the laptop to your room. Breakfast is included in the price.
Excellent Staff
I stayed in this hotel for my short vacation i found that the great hotel in Hanoi. The best staff i have found in my trip and before. The rooms are very clean and Cozy decoration. I had a great advising.
Best hotel, great staff, value of money
Best hotel, great staff, value of money. We booked the Halong bay 2D1N trip through them and return to stay 2 more nights. Absolutely vote for this hotel

Great value for money, great staff
Rooms were spacious and very clean, it's location is close to Huan Kiem lake which is perfect for Hanoi. High speed internet, plasma TV and excellent bathrooms were also included. Great value for money. Wonderful hotel staff. They were so helpful and friendly and had excellent English (Ms Moon). They helped us find good tours at reasonable prices. Love this
great place to stay
in the middle of the old quarter handy to most things. Room is compact (but all hotel in this arear are the same)but has everything you need, staff are great, very freindly and helpful. We thought it great value.

This is our second stay at this hotel, we have found the rooms and staff fantastic. Miss Moon organized our two nights halong bay cruise throu odic travel it was excellent. The hotel also organised various other things like our train tickets. Thank you to everyone. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
