Great place to stay
This a great hotel in every way. The location in the old quarter is perfect for experiencing Hanoi life or shopping. The staff is professional, friendly and very helpful. This is a lovely retreat after a busy day of site seeing in busy Hanoi .
beautiful hotel
the hotel is very cozy
from the first minute we arriving, all staffs welcome us with : "welcome home", its great to hear that. We got the quick check in, welcome drink, welcome fruit...Our room was very nice and cozy as their staffs.
Thumbs up for Indochina 1
The hotel is situated at a good location in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Clean, and roomy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Indochina 1 is conveniently located near many shops (souvenirs, boutiques, foot massage, hair salon, spa and lots street hawker food). Should try the beef noodles at a coffee shop opposite the hotel, about 5 doors away, they're open for breakfast and lunch (just follow the crowd!). The only minor drawback is the spiral stairs we had to climb as our room was located on the 4th floor, and there are no elevators. Also the room did not come with a chain-lock.

My favourite hotel
Stayed there 1 night and 1 extra night after Halong bay trip, we felt very nice at Indochina Hotel. Great location, very easy to find this hotel and reaching Hanoi Old Quarter with a short time. The room was large and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you our great time in Hanoi.

The most special here what's we felt are the staffs. They are enthusiasm, friendly and always ready to help every one of us. All our questions were answered quickly and intelligently. The staffs here were expert in Hospitality and seem to be long time carefully trained.
The room here was nice with almost of services as bath-tub, hair dryer, launch dry, minibar,... The breakfast was good and indluded in room rate.
Nothing to say again, That's the best hotel in Hanoi. Our highly recommend hotel for all guest. I'll return here to stay.

This hotel is the best hotel I\'ve ever stayed in Hanoi. Not a big hotel but very nice: warm & clean room, comfortable sitting room area and comfortable beds, great shower with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. We had both cable and wifi for the internet so we were always able to stay connected.
All staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel is within walking distance of the famous sight seeing. Recommend this hotel for my friends and for all!!!!!!!
