I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and we will definitely be staying here again!
Above all, the customer service was excellent and the best we found in Vietnam. We were always greeted by name and with a smile, and the staff went out of their way to help us with anything.
They picked us up from the train station and the train was 2 hrs late but they waited the entire time for us to arrive. They arranged our Ha Long Bay tour for us with Paradise Cruises which was the highlight of our holiday.
When we asked them to book our tickets to the Water Puppet theatre, a staff member rode all the way to the theatre on his scooter to pick the tickets up for us. It was things like this that made us so happy to stay there.
Breakfast was included every day and again the F&B staff were lovely and so accomodating. The food was also incredible, the best breakfasts we had during our holiday.
The room was clean and everything in it was new and fresh. We always had hot water (which sometimes was n issue in Vietnam). There was a computer in the room with internet access as well as WiFi access.
The location is great and very central to everything, less than 5 min walk to markets and restaurants, however it is tucked into a quiet street so it is quite peaceful.
Again, the staff at Hotel Elegance really made our stay, and we will definitely be staying there again due to the impeccable customer service.
