We stayed at Sunshine 2 Hotel for 10 nights its a nice convenient hotel in the Old Quarter close to shopping, the lake & the water puppets. M/S Moon & her Staff were so helpful nothing was too much trouble.the rooms have been renovated & are spacious & clean ,king size bed ,no tea-coffee making facilities" but ,we had our own small kettle. breakfast down stairs was ok .The breakfast at sunshine 3 was much better with a nice young lady waitress who couldn't do enough for you.there is quite a few nice restaurants close by within walking distance & don't forget bia hoi where you sit in the street & have a few beers good fun We will stay there again when next we visit hanoi
