Amazing staff, great buffet breakfast, perfect location and great clean
The location in the heart of the old city is perfect. shops, restaurants, bars, market… all within a few minutes walk. Ngan and Tu ( receptionist ) is extremely personable and helpful with information about all the services at the hotel and explaining everything you need to know in hanoi. the room was beautifully decorated and well equipped. Every staff member went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. we previously had stayed in many hotels, and have never experienced such amazing personal service as at New Star Hotel Hanoi. I will come back and recommand for my friends
