Good sized room with all facilities although...
Good sized room with all facilities although the internet was not so good, sometimes it worked,sometimes it didn't, excellent staff & very friendly.
Great location not far from main shopping areas & many restuarants.
Second stay there within 1 year & very happy, hope to return next year.
Highly recommend.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and found that this hotel is a good one in terms of room, location, service. The crew are helpful and friendly especially the young lady in the reception. They arranged 2 daily tours during my stay in Hanoi and both are very good. This was our first trip to Hanoi and we will definitely come back to Golden Plaza, thank you for all staff in Golden Plaza, we really enjoyed my time in Hanoi.

On arrival at this hotel we received a warm welcome from the staff here who were more than willing to help us out.Every questions we had was answered and all of our options(In terms of tours,flights,buses and location)were all answered promtly and thorough information was provided back to us in seconds.Our room was of a very high standard.It was extremely clean,in our opinion,our room was excellent value for money!.The hotel manager was very friendly,professional...We hope others will enjoy their stay here as much as we did.Highly recommended!
