Wondeful hotel and great staff...
The location in the Old Quarter was perfect for walking around " HoanKiem Lake, Dong Xuan Market, night market, Pagoda, museum....We spent 1 night here and felt all the staff were so friendly, helpful.., In our room, room very comfortable and very quiet night sleep. Bathroom clean and modern... Wifi, Service, airport tranfer, Breakfast,...everything good,We felt like at home. Thanks for all, We will come back next trip.

The hotel was very handy to most places of interest.The staff were most helpful and the meals provided were very satisfactory. Perhaps my only concern was the lack of hot water to shower.

My girlfriend and I were joyfully surpeised at the size of the room and bathroom. My girlfriend particularly liked the heated toilet. Boys don't care about that sort of thing. Nice big flat screen on the wall with bottled water each day. room was extremely clean and well presented. The breakfast whilst not huge was adequate and the staff were very helpful and happy to assist. If you are looking for a good breaky this is good but if you want the full room buffet style then go elsewhere. The location is fantastic and glad not to be right in the middle of the Old Quater. This is a five minute walk right into the hub of the Old Quater.
Room had double glass so its quite but those drivers honk their gorns all day and night long anyway.
Overall we would thoroughly recomend this hotel.

Unbelievable service and value bring unforgettable memories
This hotel is perfectly suit for family and couples with great location. We found Hanoi Old Quarter Hotel room was perfect after cruising about 9 hotels in the Old Quarter most of them honestly are very small with little room space. Our room was a huge comfortable room about 35 squares meter, charming decorated. It meets all our expectations make an exclusive value. The staffs are so nice and helpful, always full of enthusiasm. They help us to book all tours and transportations with no hesitate and trouble free. They even promised to upgrade us to their Hanoi Suite after we came back from Halong Bay.
Hotel location was right in the middle of Old Quarter, everything we need was just within walking distance. The hotel is facing a big road but all our room was installed with soundproof windows that block most of the noises. But that does not matter since everywhere in Hanoi are busy. Beside that, we have high speed Internet Wifi to access 24/7 so I can both enjoy work and fun .
To sum up, We cannot say enough how we love the hotel and their service provided. We would love to recommend Hanoi Old Quarter Hotel to every one comes to Hanoi. This is an ideal place to stay.
