Very good place to stay in Hanoi
Excellent service from a very friendly staff. Excellent location in the middle of Hanoi. Very confortable rooms. We spent 5 nights with our two young kids and did enjoy our stay very much.

We have nothing negative to say about this hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Old Quarter and the hotel itself is clean, the rooms are spacious and the bed was the comfiest We've slept in for a while! Whenever we read reviews about hotels that mention how amazing the staff are we never really understand why that is so important to people but in this case we can't praise them enough. They were really friendly, couldn't do enough to help and their advice was excellent especially when booking a trip to Halong Bay. We wanted a slightly different itinerary to the norm and they arranged it with no problem whatsoever. They even sent us off with a takeaway breakfast as we had an early flight. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff,including manager,were terrific! The room was small, but at least had a small balcony and alittle view. The soap they place in the bathroom is so small,it is barely adequate for one shower. Bring your own soap!!. The hotel is under renovation and expansion, so there is construction noise during the day. The cooked-to-order breakfast each day was terrific! Location of the hotel is good.

Large rooms, new and fresh. Cafe is great to have there at the hotel. Mostly english speaking staff. Well organised tours. Do yourself a favour.. stay here.

This hotel( Hanoi Impressive Hotel) was far more than what we expected it to be, location is perfect and the views from the room were just breathtaking.
The breakfast was one of the tastiest and most elegant l have experienced in Vietnam.
Staff were extremely friendly and added value to the hotel experience.They had never been pushy at booking trips to most wanted places but we booked our trips through the Hotel, all were well-organized and memorable
This hotel is ideal for a luxury weekend or a romantic getaway.

We liked our room and bed, loved the coffee, had free breakfast everyday (what will we do without my Pho?) Thanks again to Antoine and all the rest of the staff for their help with loose ends, advise and great service. Will stay with you again if we return.

Our stay at the Hanoi Impressive Hotel was great. We originally were meant to stay for 1 night but extended it to 3 as we were made to feel very welcome by all the staff plus the rooms are great for the price, with great air-conditioning ( " Thank god") The manager,Peter arranged our trip to Halong Bay, which was fantastically good value, new boat, big double room with balcony + shower in our cabin...The breakfast are tasty and you can get double or more. ' Toan', one of the staff is always smiling and at hand to serve you every demand, she also helped us to book the train ticket to Hue.

We do business in Hanoi and the position of this Hotel was the best so far. Computers in the room with internet were fantastic. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we will definitely stay at the Impressive next time we are in Hanoi.

The Impressive Hotel was selected based on excellent previous Tripadvisor reviews. It repesents great value, clean spacious rooms and is well located within the Old Town.
The friendly staff do a great job in the small cosy hotel. Guest computers, wi fi and good basic breakfast, plus all day coffee and tea round it all off. The efforts of Micheal Hake are just awesome, if you need something or a trip organised at great price, trust him and just leave it to him.
