Value for Money
The room was spacious and beautiful with lots of windows. Very Victorian looking. Souvenir shops, food and drinks are within walking distance. For those who enjoy a layback afternoon and evening drinking beer hoi (Hanoi's locally brewed beer) there are lots of these around the hotel. The room came with computer and wifi which was great.Breakfast was not ideal but we were there for the street food anyway, so it didn't really matter. A little noisy if you are not a sound sleeper but price is really reasonable.
A great deal for the $25.00 price....
A great deal for the $25.00 price. Located right in the heart of the old quarter. Staff were very helpful and spoke english well. No hard sell to buy tours which was nice compared to some other places. Breakfast was good enough to get you through the morning. Arranged airport pick-up and drop-off with no problems. Only thing to note, there appears to be a night club next door. The pounding of the music can be felt through the hotels walls, Luckily it shuts down by midnight. Never bothered me. Remember, it's the old quarter, it's noisy everywhere until midnight.
