Nice hotel
Good central location, Hoan Kiem Lake to the west, railway station to the south and Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum to the east. Clean and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. There are several good places to eat nearby selling local food.
Never again. every other hotel in Hanoi is as good as this or better.The staff is not too friendly
Awesome value and really well run hotel....
Awesome value and really well run hotel. Funky cafe as well with western style music. I used the airport pickup service and all went to plan. The location is among everything you would want, and it's only about a 5-10 minute walk to the main lake. There is great little restaurants all around, and the staff have good recommendations. Friendly hotel.
Taking a chance with a budget hotel...
Taking a chance with a budget hotel is sometimes scary, this hotel offered service and quality far above what I expected. This hotel is a great service as much as it is a great budget hotel. Best of luck Luke and Sarah, keep up the good work!

Excellent boutique hotel. The service by both the local and foreign staff cannot be faulted. The rooms are big, clean, air-con is strong. After contacting the hotel for an airport pickup, I as met by a guy holding up my name at the airport and took me straight to the hotel. No dramas. Nice choice of breakfasts. Overall the hotel had a very welcoming atmosphere and there was quite a mixture of guests, from couples to families etc. Their tour services are great quality too - Sapa is a must see!

My stay at Rendezvous was great. Friendly and helpful. Staff were more than accommodating, they organised a 2 night trip to Halong Bay for me (which was awesome!!). Everything was perfect. Great food too. Rooms are always cool and clean.

Such a lovely stay with Rendezvous. The staff are amazing, very knowledgeable on all tours and city information. Fantastic breakfast, with a number of choices, not buffet. Large rooms and great new bathrooms. The location is perfect, righ tin the old quarter with a lot of restaurants and shops around. I'll be back for sure!
