Emotion hotel
This hotel is not actually in the old quarter its about 15 mins walk away .hotel has no loby bar but does have a nice breakfast area on the top floor with terrace has been a nice 3 day stay all be it rather over priced for what it is

Newly opened Hanoi Emotion Hotel definately deserves...
Newly opened Hanoi Emotion Hotel definately deserves the high praise. It is probably the best service I have ever had a hotel, and that's saying something. The staff is amazing. I love them all. Their English is incredible. From the moment we walked through the door they were so welcoming, friendly and attentive. They bent over backwards to have any and all of our questions and requests answered The staff were so friendly and helpful our entire trip went like clockwork. We booked a 2 day/ 1 night Halong Bay cruise through the hotel in advance, with a night at the hotel before and another night after. They took care of everthing - our luggage, the transportation and so on. It couldn't have been better organised
