The place to be
Extremely good location, very good value for money.
Either for business or leisure trips, this is a great place to stay in Hanoi.
Staff can be very helpful, rooms are very nice and so is breafast!

I ended up staying 7 days at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was great and the rooms at the back of the hotel were very quiet which is what you need in such a busy city.
Awesome Hotel
I stayed at the A&EM Hotel in Hanoi with my girl friend for only one night before flight back the beginning of December and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I did a lot of research online and knew this hotel would be beautiful, but was concerned about the location. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is great. At check in, I asked if they could upgrade us to a nicer room and the front desk staff was able to get us an upgraded junior suite with a beautiful view of the Old quarter with a balcony. It's located in the old quarter streets, easy to get around to everything. We had a fabulous time staying at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone going to Hanoi.
Value for money and well run Hotel
The old Quarter of Hanoi is 1000 years of "add-ons". To a new hand it is at first bewildering!. My experience at this Hotel was that the staff were great and attentive. I had one small problem which was sorted out in a flash. Once I knew where I was it is simple to get around. Hiring an English speaking Guide and car is the go for about US$50.00 for a day.
I recommend this Hotel as good value for money with attentive and efficient staff!

It is a nice hotel with a very friendly environment located in the centre of Old Quarter.

I stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The location is in the heart of the old quarter, surrounded by a lot of restaurants and shops and close (walking distance) to all nice spots in Hanoi. The service was very friendly, nice and warm. The hotel room was very clean. I can absolutely recommend that hotel for people who want to stay in the old quarter and who are looking for close proximity to the nice spots. You get good value for your money.
