Recommend for all
Our room was large and have small balcony. We could get the street view but quiet in the night. Delicious breakfast has some Vietnamese food and Western.
The staffs were very friendly, helpful and always smile but their English not really good, only the man called customer care can speak English well and clearly. We got fun with them. They introduced us some information and warnings in Hanoi city. The hotel map was great, only read the attractions and find the number to reach the places we want to go.
Many thanks for them. We will stay again.

The hotel has a rewel shop in the lobby. I don't think this is a hotel in my first view of this hotel but when I check in the room was difference. The room was large and clean and good decoration. We had free upgrade to deluxe room has small window to city view.
The staffs here were very friendly and welcomed us by some drink when we making the checkin. From the hotel we could walk around old quarter in short time, very convenience. We also booked the trip to Halong bay with them and stayed 1 more night after. It's very nice trip.
We got a nice stay at here, we will recomend this hotel for all.
