Wonderful place for staying!
The hotel is located in Old Quarter of Hanoi and close to everything.Overall, the service provided is great, staff are helpful and will assist you with everything. Rooms are good. Breakfast is fine, but variety of food could be better. I am very satisfied with the level of service provided throughout my stay at this hotel and would choose to stay next time when return to Hanoi.
Not as advertised
We booked the suite room and upon arrival found that it did not have a jacuzzi, private balcony or computer in the room. In addition, a new building is situated right next door which means that no light comes through the windows. The staff reduced the price of the booking to 50USD p/night, however, it still wasn't worth this amount to be in a dark room 24/7. Breakfast was very average. Our bill was accidentally charged three times and it has taken us two days to resolve the issue and we will now have to wait a further 3-5days for my bank to release the funds. While the staff were very pleasant, overall I would not reccomend this hotel.
Wonderful stay
I was very surprised at the level of service rendered by the Hotel staff. It was a joy to see their smiling faces as they answered every question and offered assistance.
I would especially to commend Mr Alex Lee the front office manager who assisted in recommending a side trip to HaLong Bay and helped me with the arrangements.
I would recommend this hotel to women traveling alone and families.

Great!
Very good, well located, very helpfull! Weak point, room smell humid and was kind of humid...but it's a little detail! We went back after visiting Halong bay!
